We're hiring: Senior Claims Adjuster - Financial Institutions

Are you ready to take on complex, high-value claims and make a real impact in the London Market?

We're looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our Professional & Financial Risks team, with a focus on Financial Institutions and D&O claims.

About the Role

You'll be part of a collaborative team handling a wide range of UK and international claims, including a significant number of primary layer risks within a market-leading Fintech portfolio. In this role, you'll:

• Handle complex claims with confidence and independence

• Work with brokers, service providers, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

• Support and train junior colleagues

• Provide feedback on claims experiences, wordings, and renewals

• Play a key role in delivering a customer-focused, value-adding service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience handling Financial Institutions and D&O claims (experience in both is a plus, but not essential)

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members

• Familiarity with ECF and London Market processes

• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
