Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: St Leonards-on-Sea
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our small, well-established care service in St Leonards-on-Sea. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CQC regulations and demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills. While experience in the Autism care sector is desirable, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent ratings.
- Manage and lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulations.
- Leadership and management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Experience in the Autism care sector is advantageous but not required.
