Sales Support Coordinator

  • Hours: 07:30am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday

My client are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join their passionate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a proactive mindset, excellent time management skills, and a keen attention to detail. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-level client relationships by managing the end-to-end process from order processing to dispatch, invoicing, and handling returns.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage reactive enquiries, and make outgoing calls to progress orders and liaise with third parties.
  • Coordinate the entire order completion process, including dispatch, invoicing, and returns.
  • Manage logistics, including coordinating deliveries, customer collections, and payments.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordinate design requests.
  • Liaise with suppliers for order placement, stock availability checks, and updates.
  • Manage purchase orders, arrange deliveries, and reconcile invoices.
  • Send picking lists and other requests to the warehouse.
  • Assist in resolving pre and post-sale queries.
  • Compile and report on weekly operational KPIs to aid continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications (advantageous).
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Experience in project coordination within a fast-paced sales/growth environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive, and punctual attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
