Phoenix millwork and cabinet manufacturer seeks Project Coordinator:
--Coordinate handoff meetings with the estimating department and project management department at the beginning of each project
--Attend mandatory on-site meetings
--Manage and maintain complete job startup document files
--Track and ensure timely completion of Potential Change Orders
--Identify, order, and manage all specified submittals and samples
--Create, manage, and maintain sample library
--Assist in creating monthly production schedules
--Assist in verifying field dimensions and other measurements
--Track and manage monthly job billing cycle, ensuring all projects are billed on time
--Assist in tracking engineering tasks through completion via spreadsheets
--Track the flow of Shop Order submittal between Project management & Production Departments
--Track engineering hours and prepare monthly reports for managements
--Communicate between estimating, project management, engineering, and production departments to facilitate good flow of information between departments.
--Associates Degree in Construction Management or equivalent prior work experience.
--Must be organized and able to document and retrieve critical information at a moment's notice
--Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs a plus
--Strong time management skills and be comfortable with a deadline driven schedule
--Team-oriented; builds cross-organizational consensus and cooperation
--Leadership ability with high professional and ethical standards
--Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Proficient PC skills, including ability to learn and utilize Smartsheet and BlueBeam software
