What You'll Be Doing

Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with diverse special educational needs.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Support pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional needs.
Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We're Looking For

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting) is highly desirable.
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage-but not essential!
