Key responsibilities of the Senior Architect will include:

* Assess project requirements and collaborate on scope, budget, and staffing.
* Update design documents, solve design problems, and ensure compliance with standards.
* Oversee Architectural construction administration, including bulletins, sketches, submittal reviews.
* Attend meetings, coordinate work, and perform on*site observations.
* Develop Conceptual and Preliminary "BOD" write*ups from client meetings.

Qualifications of the Senior Architect.

* ARB/RIBA Qualification - Minimum of 5 years post-qualification (UK-based experience is essential).
* Previous work within the Industrial, pharmaceutical, life-sciences or similar design sectors.
* Experienced in Client-facing situations.
* Team-management experience. Ability to mentor and guide lesser-experienced colleagues.
* BIM, REVIT & AutoCAD experience preferred.
