Because of this we are looking for 2 x Senior Consultants in both our Driving and Industrial divisions to run your own warm established desk, coach a junior, and reap the rewards.

What you'll be doing:

✔️ Running your own 360 desk in either the Driving or Temp Industrial division
✔️ Coaching a trainee or consultant (your mini-me)
✔️ Smashing sales targets, building client love, and owning your space
✔️ Using tech that actually helps, not hinders
✔️ NO admin. NO payroll faff. Just sales, relationships, and results.
