Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Tetbury

Salary: £14.12 ph

Hours: Monday to Friday, week one 6am - 2pm, Second week 2pm - 10pm

Job Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday / Temporary to Permanent 

Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced gloab food manufacturer? 

The Role:

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and yard. You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating forklift trucks to move, load, and unload stock safely
 Transporting goods within the warehouse and loading/unloading vehicles
 Conducting pre-use equipment checks and reporting any faults
Using warehouse management systems to record stock movement
 Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
 Always adhering to health and safety regulations
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements:

Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance required)
Previous experience working as an FLT Driver in a warehouse environment
Good spatial awareness and ability to work safely in a busy environment
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
 Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
