Team Manager

Location: Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 29.29 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide support to a staff team and deliver quality services for vulnerable adults.

Ensure a person-centred, strength-based, and risk-appropriate approach in decision-making at all levels.

Influence system-wide cultural change and work towards a joined-up approach to operational services.

Lead the development and implementation of strategy in key areas of practice.

Form strong and influential relationships across the system to deliver value for money services.

Improve outcomes while managing risk appropriately.

Person Specification

Full-time, enthusiastic professional with a commitment to making a difference in people's lives.

Accomplished communicator and respected leader, skilled at creating a shared vision and culture.

Experienced social work manager or practitioner with substantial experience in statutory social work.

Proven track record of excellent practice and the ability to apply learning to practice.

Ability to inspire colleagues and partner agencies with innovative, best practice approaches.

Capable of working office-based 2 days a week.
