• Managing bookings across a portfolio of luxury properties
• Delivering exceptional guest experience and relationship management
• Handling enquiries and ensuring smooth communication from booking to stay
• Supporting and building brand awareness through social media
• Managing and updating booking systems

✔ Experience in a similar role (hospitality / property / short-term lets)
✔ Strong background using booking systems
✔ Experience building brand presence via social media
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
