We are looking for an experienced Electrical Shift Technician / Engineer to join the on-site maintenance team of one of our well established within a prestigious commercial office building in Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on all electrical and building services systems.

*

Work on a variety of plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, BMS, emergency lighting, generators and life safety systems.

*

Diagnose and repair faults quickly to minimise downtime.

*

Complete all compliance, safety and service documentation.

*

Collaborate with fellow shift engineers to ensure a safe, compliant and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

*

Full electrical certification (C&G 2365 / 2330, NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition).

*

Proven experience in building services maintenance, ideally within a commercial office environment.

*

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and familiarity with HVAC plant such as AHUs, FCUs and general mechanical plant.

*

Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (days & nights).

*

Excellent communication, teamwork and fault-finding skills.
