The successful candidate will be experienced within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment and hold the following qualifications; COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, Appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering essential, FGAS and ODS essential, HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems essential.
