A respected property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position plays a vital role in supporting the ongoing upkeep of both residential and commercial properties, with coverage across High Wycombe, Elephant & Castle, and occasional work in Kingston and Esher.

This role offers the chance to work within a structured, professional environment where quality of service and long-term property care are key priorities. A company van will be provided for travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across occupied and vacant properties

* Painting, decorating, and ensuring spaces are well-presented

* Performing plumbing repairs and small-scale carpentry tasks

* Completing basic gardening duties and outdoor upkeep

* Inspecting and assisting with minor roofing works

* Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times

* Supporting removals or internal moves when required

* Using tools and equipment with care and responsibility

* Reporting faults and following instructions from management

Candidate Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

* At least 3 years' experience in a similar multi-trade or property maintenance role

* Capable of working independently across multiple locations

* Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards

* Familiar with basic health & safety practices

* Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

* 1-hour unpaid lunch break

* Flexibility for early starts essential

* Optional weekend work available as required
