Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in adult social care? We're seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to take the helm of our well-established 30-bed residential service, supporting older adults in a warm, person-centred environment.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective care delivery that meets CQC standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed provider that values both its residents and its team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated care team.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC.

  • Maintain high occupancy and manage budgets effectively.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.

  • Drive quality improvement and continuous development across the service.

About You
  • You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care.

  • A solid understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding principles.
