As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product placement, stock management, and brand visibility across various retail channels. You'll work closely with both suppliers and retailers, ensuring that products are delivered to the right locations at the right time, and that they are positioned to capture customer attention. Your expertise will help maximise sales opportunities and meet the evolving needs of consumers!

Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Bracknell

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth product flow from supply to shop floor
Ensure optimal product placement on the shop floor, maintaining high standards for visual merchandising and product availability
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to develop strategies that meet consumer demand
Work with data to anticipate demand and ensure adequate stock levels, avoiding out-of-stock situations while minimising excess inventory
Regularly assess product performance, providing insights to key stakeholders on sales trends, stock rotation, and promotional effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Account Management or Merchandising, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry
Proven experience in Healthcare (desirable)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with both suppliers and retailers
A proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
