An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a small, close-knit primary school with a genuine community feel. Situated on the edge of town and surrounded by green space, the school has a calm and nurturing atmosphere, where pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. This permanent role is available from September or as soon as possible thereafter, and is open to teachers at any stage of their career, including ECTs looking for a supportive first school.

The school is one-form entry, allowing for strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. With smaller class sizes and a focus on individualised learning, teachers are given the space to be creative, try new approaches, and tailor lessons to the needs of their class. Staff are well looked after, with regular wellbeing initiatives, minimal meeting schedules, and a leadership team that genuinely listens. There's a shared understanding that happy staff lead to happy children.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in a setting where every child is known by name and every voice is heard. While there are no TLRs currently attached, the school offers excellent CPD and a clear pathway for future growth.
