1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: Haywards Heath Contract Type: 5 Days a week on a long term basisSalary: £90-100 per day depending on experienceReed Education are supporting a lovely primary school in the Haywards Heath area who are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to cover on a long term basis due to sickness. 

To be considered for this role you will need to:

• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs both in small groups and 1:1
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Have the ability to use your initiative 
• Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality
• Support the school ethos
• Be able to motivate children and help them achieve their potential
