We are currently looking for a Multi Modal Operations Executive. Fantastic agent, excellent offices.

Working within our operations service team, all aspects of freight forwarding, delivering excellent operational service in line with Company guidelines, legislation, and standards.

Import and Exports Air, Sea and road operations

Preferred (not essential):

· Experience with multi-modal Imports and Exports, will train in area where needed

· Experience using CargoWise

· Experience with Descartes / e-Customs

Requirements:

· Previous experience required

· Ability to handle shipments from start to finish

· Good knowledge of CDS

Job Details:

· Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

· Office-based role (occasional work-from-home days can be approved if needed)

· 21 days holiday + bank holidays, Increases annually with service up to 25 days, then increases by 1 day every 3 years up to 28 days

Salary c£38k-40k

MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:-

1. Arrange and have oversight of Import& Export operations from start to finish whether this be AIR SEA or ROAD/COURIER.

2. Investigate and plan most appropriate route for shipments

3. Complete International Shipping and Customs Documentation

4. Complete costing & billing for both import and export jobs

5. Work in accordance with international regulations

6. Maintain communication and control through all phases of the journey

7. Work closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure deadlines are met

The hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
