A leading global industrial engineering and gases organisation is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the North West of England and North Wales.
 
This is a field-based role (c.75%) focused on winning new business, developing regional sales channels, and delivering value-led technical solutions into sectors such as metal fabrication, food production and leisure.
 
The Role

Drive new customer acquisition across packaged gases and engineered solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
Deliver against revenue and installation targets
Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and accurate commercial documentation
Support and develop regional retail partners to maximise growth
Collaborate with technical and major account teams to unlock new opportunities 
About You

Proven track record in field-based B2B sales
Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
Commercially astute with confident negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working autonomously
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Willing to travel extensively across the region
