Sales office assistant

Monday to Friday role

Part time 25 hours per week (9.30 -2.30)

The role is to start September 2025.

We are currently supporting a family-run company on the outskirts of Rainworth, Nottinghamshire, with the recruitment of a sales office assistant. They need someone who is highly organised with a flexible hands-on approach, due to location own transport is essential.

Duties for the sales office assistant

* Managing all aspects of customer services, their client includes major high street retailers they also have a retail store.

* Monitoring stock levels and organising stock takes.

* Working closely with other departments of the company to ensure 110% client satisfaction

* Basic accounts work.

* Updating the CRM system and daily use of excel spreadsheets.

Person requires for the sales office assistant

* Previous experience gained in an office ideally from retail or wholesale.

* Stock management experience would be helpful.

* Strong excel skills.

* Clear communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workload.

* A strong team player - happy to help wherever needed
