The Opportunity

Due to expansion and securing long term partnerships, we are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our existing team of 10, within our our new location - Inverness. This role will encompass a full range of tasks such as:

· Sourcing candidates for live roles within Construction and Engineering

· Managing availability and movement of candidates between projects

· Liaising with existing clients to understand and meet their requirements

· Meeting with both clients and candidates face to face

· Business development, mainly within existing clients

· Assistance with admin, payroll and compliance.
