Job Summary

We are seeking a Accounts Partner in Swindon to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio, delivering innovative accounting and tax solutions. You will lead and mentor teams, drive business development, and ensure high-quality, profitable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of technically complex clients (£500k+)
• Deliver efficient, high-quality accounting and tax services with focus on risk management
• Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Lead business development initiatives and cross-service opportunities
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions
• Oversee WIP, debtors, and firm risk exposure
• Sign off on routine accounts, tax returns, engagement letters, and quotes for new business

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified with senior leadership experience
• Proven track record in client portfolio growth and business development
• Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
