Residential Property Lawyer - Fully Remote
Salary: £30,000 - £56,000 DOE + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
I'm currently partnering with a leading, forward-thinking law firm that is transforming the conveyancing industry through innovation, technology, and a strong focus on client service. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking experienced Qualified Residential Property Lawyers to join their team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals who are passionate about delivering a high-quality client experience and looking to work in a flexible, supportive, and digitally advanced environment.
The Role:
You will take full ownership of a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working closely with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Cases will include a mix of:


  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

  • Remortgages

  • Transfers of equity


Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to support team development, mentoring and deputising for Team Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Ensuring accurate and timely updates on the case management system

  • Communicating proactively with clients and stakeholders throughout the process

  • Exchanging contracts and completing transactions within required deadlines

  • Identifying and resolving complex legal issues

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies

  • Contributing to the development and performance of the wider team where appropriate


Requirements:


  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive

  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing

  • Strong experience in freehold, leasehold, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters

  • Up-to-date CPD and AML training

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

  • Comfortable working in a digital-first, remote environment
