Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across nurseries and Reception classes in Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who enjoys flexibility while still building strong early years experience in warm, supportive school settings.

Primary schools in Walthamstow, Leyton and Chingford urgently require EYFS Teaching Assistants who can step in at short notice to support play-based learning, early phonics, social development and routine settling. As a daily supply EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will experience a variety of schools, helping children aged 3-5 thrive in their earliest years.

Role Details for the EYFS Teaching Assistant:

Daily Rate: £82.14-£100

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Daily supply / bank staff

Location: Waltham Forest

Qualifications: Level 2/3 in Childcare desirable

What You'll Do as an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

Support early learning through play-based and structured EYFS activities

Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and communication skills

Help children with social skills, personal care and settling routines

Work effectively with teachers and EYFS leads

Adapt quickly to new classrooms and EYFS environments

Requirements for an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or nursery assistant

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification preferred

Strong understanding of EYFS child development

Warm, calm, and nurturing personality
