Job Description: We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in various healthcare settings. The role involves providing vital support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and eating.
* Monitor and document patients' vital signs, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
* Aid in patient mobility and the use of assistive devices.
* Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance patients' quality of life.
* Ensure cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols in patient areas.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Previous experience in a healthcare role is beneficial but not required.
Pay Range: £12 - £13 per hour
