A forward-thinking dental laboratory in Birmingham is expanding and looking for an experienced Dental Technician to join its growing CAD/CAM department. With a significant increase in digital casework, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the next phase of the lab’s growth.

You will be primarily responsible for the digital design of full-colour dentures, supporting the laboratory’s move toward advanced digital workflows. Working closely with the wider technical team, you’ll help deliver high-quality prosthetic solutions using cutting-edge technology, including a Stratasys J5 printer.

• Designing full-colour digital dentures using CAD software
• Supporting prosthetic casework within a digital workflow
• Collaborating with technicians and management as the CAD department scales
• Ensuring accuracy, aesthetics, and consistency across digital designs

• Qualified Dental Technician
• Proven experience in prosthetics
• Strong CAD/CAM design experience (denture design experience preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, digitally focused lab environment
