Working for a design, engineer and manufacture of seating and furniture. Who put their customers at the heart of everything they do to exceed expectations of product, service and quality. They are now looking for a Marketing & Customer Service Manager to join their forever growing and developing business! Aim of the Marketing & Customer Service manager will be to maintain and build relationships with current customers through regular contact, and a creative marketing strategy. Responsibilities Maintaining and building relationships with their current database of customers via e-shots and regular phone calls Lead generation and business development Design and prepare marketing material Maintain and update the website To create and execute a social media strategy Support the Commercial and Projects Manager on space planning and CAD work as an when required Handling in-bound customer enquiries Prepare customer quotations Sales order processing when required The ideal candidate will have a strong background and passion for delivering excellent customer service, with the knowledge and creative flair for Marketing. A forward thinking individual who is able to problem solve and organise their work load is essential for this role, ideally you will have great IT skills and have experience within a manufacturing organisation in particular furniture however this is not ;
