Level 3 Nursery/Reception Teaching Assistant (2 Days a Week) - Brent 🌟

Location: Brent, North West London
Contract: Part-time (2 days per week)
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP or January 2026
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (DOE)

We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Nursery/Reception class in a supportive primary school in Brent. The role is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and helping children flourish through play-based learning.

You will work alongside the class teacher to support children's learning and development, contribute to planning engaging EYFS activities, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Support EYFS teaching and learning through structured play and activities.

Assist with observations, assessments, and record-keeping.

Provide individual and small-group support as needed.

Encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social skills.

Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, stimulating space.

💡 Requirements:

Level 3 TA/Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).

*

Experience in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception).

*

Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.

*

Caring, proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

*

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
