We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Ashford, who are looking to appoint an experienced Stock Controller to join their operations team.

This is a key position within the business, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock integrity across the site. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working within a fast-paced production environment.

• Maintain and manage accurate stock records across all inventory lines
• Conduct and oversee weekly physical stock counts (every Friday)
• Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies
• Work closely with the operations team to support production and stock availability
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock control processes

• Several years’ experience using stock management systems (such as Sage or similar platforms)
• Experience with CIM50 or CIM100 would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience within a manufacturing or similar environment

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week), offering a salary of £32,000.
