We are working alongside a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bolton that is seeking a committed Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where young children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically during this crucial stage of their education.

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons and activities* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils to support early development* Assist with phonics, early numeracy, communication, and personal development* Help to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment* Support observation, assessment, and recording of pupil progress in line with EYFS framework* Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Person Specification

• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)* Previous experience working within an EYFS setting* A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach* Strong communication and teamwork skills* A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures* A genuine passion for supporting young children's development

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - To Be Eligible You Must:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK* Have an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)* Be able to provide two professional references (child-related preferred)
