Customer Service Manager

Location: Duxford, 3 days hybrid working per week

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Job Duties:

* Day to day running and overseeing of a busy team, responding to urgent enquires and supporting team members when needed

* Oversee resolution of customer queries, complaints, and account issues

* Manage and improve processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

* Working with internal teams to streamline processes

* Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership

* Support and develop team members to achieve targets and improve performance

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Confident communicator with great problem-solving abilities

* The ability to spot trends and implement improvements
