We’re recruiting on behalf of Auckland Home Solutions CIC (AHS) for a dynamic and experienced Head of Housing to lead and shape the delivery of high-quality housing services across England. This is a pivotal role in a growing organisation committed to providing safe, supportive, and sustainable homes for people with specialist needs.

The role

As Head of Housing, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a national housing team to deliver exceptional services.
• Overseeing tenancy management, rent collection, and housing compliance.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation across housing operations.
• Building strong partnerships with local authorities, care providers, and stakeholders.
• Supporting strategic growth and contributing to business development.

The person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven leadership experience in housing or supported housing services or social care.
• Understands housing legislation, tenancy management, and compliance.
• Is a confident communicator and collaborator with a passion for service excellence.
• Can manage teams remotely and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Is flexible to travel across England and attend the North East office when required.
