We are seeking an Electrician to join our dynamic team based in Chelsea.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact while ensuring the operational efficiency and regulatory compliance of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Customer Relations: Manage client orders, organize quotations, conduct meetings, and provide timely reports.

Maintenance Management: Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed accurately and on time. Troubleshoot and repair faults or breakdowns in electrical systems.

Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular site audits, ensure compliance with procedures, and monitor subcontractor activities.

Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety procedures, oversee the use of PPE, and support risk assessments and method statements.

Team Management: Lead and assist in managing the engineering team, ensuring performance targets are met.

OVERTIME RATES
1.5 after 7pm - 12am, 12am onwards 2.0. Bank Holidays & Sunday's off shift 2.0.

Skills & Qualifications:
Electrical C&G or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
Electrical Inspection 2391
BS#removed#th Edition wiring regulations

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Competence in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and work outside of normal hours as needed
