We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well established manufacturer in Desford. They are a household name within the building products industry.

The Role:

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Reactive Maintenance
Planned Preventive Maintenance
Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
Working on mechanical systems such as conveyors, gearboxes, Kilns
Repair and overhaul of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsIncorporated into the salary are the 290 mandatory overtime hours.

Candidate requirements:

Level 3 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment- heavy industry.
Strong team player with a positive, problem- solving attitude
