Our client, a well-established property and construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of exciting projects, typically valued between £500k and £10m+, supporting schemes from early concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality professional services, including traditional PQS responsibilities and Contract Administration across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects at various stages, from inception to handover
• Delivering both pre-contract and post-contract duties
• Providing accurate cost planning, estimating and financial reporting
• Undertaking Contract Administration, primarily under the JCT suite
• Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven PQS/consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties
• Good working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Relevant Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
