I’m looking for an admin assistant to join my rapidly growing fitness business.
The right person would be encouraged to use their creativity and knowledge to help achieve a more professional, streamlined business that has a “small business” feel and personal touch.

Duties will include...
. Monitoring marketing software and engaging with prospective clients.
. Keeping client records up to date, and checking billing and booking software.
. Develop systems to help the business run smoothly and efficiently regarding client bookings, new business welcome packages, sales, referral schemes and enhance overall client experience ie birthday, anniversary and condolence reminders/gift delivery.
. Assist in video marketing output. ie filming, editing and collating a library of videos for marketing use.
. Social Media daily posts.
. Help to put together events for community outreach, charity workouts and general promotions.
. Help set up payroll and basic HR services for current and future employees.
. General admin duties including tracking sales and orders of t-shirts, equipment sales and client follow up.
The position would suit a collegiate student looking for experience. Again future job prospects for the right person.
