Role : Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corby
Salary: £42,000 - 45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience and qualifications)
Shift Pattern: Panama shift (Days and Nights)

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:

Conduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Support continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules
Work closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimallyIdeal Candidate:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Electrical skills and knowledge would be useful
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern
Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)What We Offer:
