Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Glasgow & West
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Mobile Role)

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and growing FM / Building Services provider covering Glasgow and the West. This is a mobile maintenance role working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites

* Service, repair, and maintain commercial gas appliances and systems

* Fault finding and diagnostics on boilers and associated plant

* Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and health & safety standards

* Complete job sheets, reports, and compliance paperwork accurately

* Liaise with clients and provide updates on works carried out

* Identify and report any additional works or remedial requirements

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer

* Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent)

* Experience working within a mobile maintenance role (preferred)

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and customer-facing skills

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Desirable

* Experience working within FM / Building Services environments

* Additional qualifications (e.g. LPG, Oil, F-Gas, electrical knowledge)

* Multi-skilled background
