Sous Chef - British Seasonal - Straight shifts 52 HRS MAX - £30K
We have a very intimate and social kitchen, its open plan and open to the restaurant, We have 8 kitchen table seats, where you have direct interaction with the chefs and can see everything being made in all sections.
We offer a friendly and informal service, which concentrates on guest experience alongside excellent seafood and shellfish!
If you don't have experience with fish and shellfish - we will teach you all you need to know!
We offer training and development at all levels, all we are looking for is a sociable, friendly staff. A chef who is eager to learn and develop, and who is happy to interact with the guests directly.
We are an established brand with two sites in London, in well known and popular locations.
What we can offer:
- 50 - 52 Hours weekly
- 12 to 11pm shifts
- 5 shifts weekly
- 9pm close on Sunday
- Salary from £24-26K

- Chef Whites, knives & Safety shoes
- Previous experience in a similar role at a similar level
