Our client is a very successful cladding and facades business who are currently recruiting for a Cladding Site Manager on a large cladding project.

As a Cladding Site Manager you would have;

* SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card

* At least 5 Years experience in Cladding or managing Cladding sub-contractors

* At least 5 Years experience Site Managing

* Able to read Construction drawings

* Great Communcation & Well Presented

* Extensive Rainscreen Knowledge

* Kalzip Roof Experience

As a Cladding Site Manager your job will include;

* Manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials

* Manage health, safety and quality

* Managing staff & Subcontractors

* Check and prepare site reports

* Maintaining quality control procedures

* Motivating the workforce

* Problem solving site issues
