Estimator & Account Manager - CNC Machining

We're looking for a CNC-savvy professional—ideally someone with a background in programming or machining—who's ready to take the next step into estimating and account management. What You'll Be Doing

As an Estimator & Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a significant portion of our order book. You'll be responsible for:

Preparing accurate, commercially sound quotes based on customer drawings and specifications

Advising clients on manufacturability, design tweaks, and production efficiency

Building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and mutual success

Supporting onboarding of new clients and contributing to continuous improvement across the team

Balancing technical insight with commercial awareness to minimise risk and maximise value

This is a hybrid role—part technical, part relationship-driven—perfect for someone who's ready to step away from the machine and into a broader business role.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of CNC machining, ideally from a programming or hands-on background

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to quoting and customer support

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A proactive attitude and commitment to personal development

Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch)

Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm
