We are looking for a part-time/flexible Office Manager (3/4 days per week) to work for a growing and successful financial services company based in the City.
This exciting role is working in a friendly and close knit office of 23 people. The primary purpose of this role is to make sure the office is running smoothly on a daily basis, but there will also be support required for the Head of Operations, Partners and the Head of Human Resources. You will get involved in all aspects of office administration to secretarial support, hence why our client is looking for a pro-active, friendly and practical candidate to make sure everything is in place for a busy working office. This really is a diverse and varied role where one minute you will be arranging events for clients; preparing and scheduling diaries and meetings; assisting the accounts department and liaising with HR in preparing paperwork for new joiners and leavers.
