As the maintenance expert of this community you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds, in partnership with the Community Manager. You will be asked to implement creative and cost effective procedures to complete work orders, turns, grounds keeping and much more. All team members perform rotating on-call duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing walk-through inspections of vacated apartment units, reviewing resident repair requests, maintaining after hours and emergency on-call coverage and service and maintaining time and production records. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Lead Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor and/or HVAC specific role. An EPA Universal and/or HVAC Universal certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred. This position requires a hands-on leadership approach. Basic computer knowledge is strongly preferred.
