PROGRAMMER / ANALYST: Experience analyzing, developing, supporting and managing projects using PowerBuilder with MS SQL. Experience with designing, coding, testing, debugging, data conversion and implementation. Experience with triggers, stored procedures functions and SQL.

Duties:Analyze existing/proposed systems and determine feasibility of new requests. Estimate time required to complete projects. Prepare program specifications, write and test programs. Troubleshoot end-user problems. Train users on application/report use.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER: Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment and strong computer literacy are desired. Experience in both Commercial and Military Programs is a plus. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, ABS, DNV, USCG and marine standard practices.

Duties: For the assigned project(s), Project Engineer is the primary engineering interface within the department and between Engineering and other departments. Works closely with all engineering discipline leads to identify scope, assign responsibilities and ensure schedule compliance and/or reporting same. Chairs project design kickoff meeting to ensure all disciplines have a clear understanding as to the scope of contract and estimate premises used for pricing. Identifies key events that must occur to move the project design forward and ensures personnel and responsibilities are assigned to meet the events. Responsible for maintaining project design records, i.e. Class/Owner submittals and correspondence files, Purchase Technical Specifications / technical reviews and design status; tracks and ensures integration of all project specific vendor furnished information to support design development; ensuring the design is in compliance with the project specification. Resolves all class and owner design comments and maintains correspondence records. Chairs weekly design meeting to review status and discuss pending issues and assigns actions for items not meeting plan. Provides technical and engineering guidance to discipline leads. Accountable for engineering calculations. Ensures timely close out of the assigned project, including final documentation, and properly archived in accordance with close out procedures.

NAVAL ARCHITECT: 10 years’ experience. Accountable, as team member, for schedule compliance. Accountable for compliance with the specifications, regulatory requirements and standard practices. Responsible for responding to the resolving owner comments and regulatory body comments and issues. Provides Naval Architecture guidance and technical assistance as required Responsible for obtaining vendor information and technical data as required. Accountable and responsible for providing Naval Architecture calculations. Responsible for sketches, preliminary lay outs, etc.

Duties: Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience in Naval Architecture, shipbuilding and production processes. Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent experience. FEA experience a benefit.

QC MANAGER: Considerable knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering and practices as applicable to division products. Considerable knowledge of welding processes. Good knowledge of measuring devices and tools and the ability to instruct inspectors on the proper operation. Ability to supervise and achieve quality controls programs that ensure product integrity. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel, customers and regulatory agents. Two (2) years of college level course work in production management, industrial technology or related areas and extensive experience in product inspection duties combined with some supervisory experience.

Duties: Administers and directs a quality control program to ensure that products meet or exceed regulatory and Company standards and requirements. Supervises quality control supervisor and/or technicians. Selects, supervises, instructs, assigns workload and evaluates quality control supervisor(s) and/or technician(s). Prepares and maintains a written quality control program that meets company standards governing codes and regulations. Informs production personnel of regulatory changes. Conducts audits to prevent quality problems. Identifies areas of concern. Instructs production personnel in proper procedures. Participates in customer inspections of manufacturing operations. Releases new products for shipment following final inspections. Prepares, controls, verifies and reports data for weights and centers of components of vessels in accordance with contractual requirements. Compiles data regularly to ensure design will meet design criteria at delivery.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER: College degree or equivalent college level course study in marketing, advertising, communications or public relations plus 5 years’ experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training which results in the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Bachelor’s degrees in marketing, journalism, communication, business or public relations preferred. Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others while maintaining effective working relationships with customers, vendors, contractors and company personnel. Possess computer skills having proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Vessel construction knowledge a plus.

Duties: Coordinate and supervise the workflow of marketing, advertising and public relations through facilitating interdepartmental and external communications. Maximize the company resources for the most efficient and creative corporate branding. Reports to SVP Business Development. Involved with the development and refinement of marketing goals, promotional activities and branding. Coordinate with parent company and marketing agency partners for the creation of internal communications, press releases, speeches, website and social media. Obtain necessary consent and provide final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions. Develop marketing schedules and maintain deadlines. Create and present marketing presentations to both internal management and external customers. Manage event calendar, customer database, corporate gift, photo and video library. Monitor and perform data market trend analysis and report to executive management. Manage and coordinate company events (i.e. launches, ceremonies, and tradeshows) and visit on time and within budget.
