This position will join one other Sales Assistants in support of three Financial Advisors in Case Management, processing and handling all functions necessary to provide quality service to investment clients.
Must have extreme attention to detail; find joy in helping and talking with customers and prospects; be able to multi-task and prioritize in a very busy, fast–paced environment; must be a self-starter; must have problem resolution skills and work independently; and must be able to adjust to constant change. This position will require basic skills to perform a wide range of routine responsibilities including (but not limited to):


•Preparing and proofing new account paperwork or maintenance documents for client appointments

•Assist financial advisors with handling receipts and disbursement for accounts

•Assist with various mailings and campaigns

•Opening and maintaining client accounts (case-management)

•Responding to client requests

•Place trades as received from the financial advisors or clients

•Assist with inbound and outbound client phone calls

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). Experience in processing or customer service, preferably in banking, finance, insurance or the investment industry is strongly preferred. Intermediate MS office skills and CRM (sales force) system Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer and organizational skills.
Full-time. Monday - Friday.

* Position will be filled as a level one if applicant does not have Series 7 and 63 licenses (Minimum requirements for Asst. II position: Series 7 and 63 licenses and experience in the securities industry). Position is required to get Series 7 and 63 License within 6 months of start date.
