E-Commerce Lead

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Location: Enfield, North London (Hybrid)

My client is looking for an E-Commerce Lead to maintain and manage existing online operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage data accuracy and quality across systems, updating information in line with the company's ERP and manufacturer data.
Oversee customer access to the company's portal, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Foster relationships with web contacts in manufacturing and facilitate efficient order processing from the website through sales branches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate relevant content onto the website.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, meeting internal and external customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
