Senior Revit Technician / Senior CAD Technician - MEP / Building Services

MEP / Building Services / Consultancy / CAD Technician / Revit Technician

This role is to join a dynamic consultancy, providing a wide range of MEP design services across industry sectors including commercial and hospitality. This role will be office based Monday to Thursday and have the option to work from home on Friday.

CAD Technician Role Responsibilities

* The role will involve providing CAD Technician support to the M&E team.

* Production of 2D or Revit from engineer's mark ups.

* Setting up of drawings Xref's in 2D and initial Revit models

* Organize and prioritize drawing production.

* Organize and QA incoming drawings.

* Manage other members of the CAD REVIT team.

* Standardize CAD standards and CAD library.

* Liaise with other consultants and contractors as appropriate.

* Attend site meetings as appropriate.

Skills & Experience Required

* At least 4- 5 years' experience of using AutoCAD and Revit

* Experience of working in a Building Services / MEP with good knowledge of M&E engineering services.

* Good verbal communication skills
