My Client is actively seeking a experienced Remote/Hybrid National Sales Manager to join their Business. To qualify for this role you will need to demonstrate experience of leading a Team of Field Sales professionals to develop proactive sales, growth and to maximise revenue. Do you enjoy leading by example, a born motivator, coach, mentor and a supportive Manager?

Heating/Plumbling background would be advantagous.

Duties:

* Monitor performance and development of the Field Sales Representatives.

* Develop and implement sales strategies.

* Attend New Business visits.

* Grow the turnover and market share.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape and grow the existing Sales Teams.

£65K plus car or car allowance, uncapped commission.

Must be able to visit the office located in Bedfordshire 1 day per week.
