What We're Looking For:

Proven background in managing large-scale M&E projects (£20M+), ideally in critical services, commercial, or infrastructure sectors

Experience with design & build delivery models

Strong leadership on-site with the ability to manage subcontractors, technical queries, and programme schedules

Currently working for a reputable contractor, with a desire to progress into larger, more complex work

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all electrical activities on site, ensuring works are completed to spec, on time and within budget

Supervise subcontractors and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety

Lead site progress meetings and report project status to senior management

Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, industry standards, and company procedures

Liaise closely with the design team, project manager and client-side stakeholders

Coordinate procurement of electrical materials, track orders, and manage supplier relationships

Support commissioning and final handover processes with a clear focus on quality assurance

Requirements:

Experience managing electrical installations on £20M+ M&E projects

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in design & build environments

Excellent communication and leadership skills

SMSTS / SSSTS, ECS/CSCS card preferred

Full right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence
