We are partnering with a retail/ecommerce business undergoing significant growth and transformation. They are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to take ownership of planning, forecasting, commercial analysis, and financial modelling across the group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, product-driven environment and enjoys building processes and models from the ground up.
This is initially a 6-month FTC with a genuine pathway to a permanent role based on performance.
Proven 3 years of FP&A expeerience in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or product-driven environment.
Exceptional financial modelling ability, including building complex models from scratch.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to handle and interpret large data sets.
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Confident business partner able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders across Operations, Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing.
Clear communicator capable of presenting insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
Process improvement mindset, able to streamline reporting, drive analytical improvements, and build scalable FP&A frameworks.
Exposure to NetSuite is advantageous, alongside BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive/Anaplan.
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or proven equivalent FP&A track record.
